Local real estate firms announce merger

Melissa Greeson Real Estate of Mebane has merged with Keller Williams Realty of Burlington.
Greeson entered the real estate industry in 2005 and has worked in community and property management, as well as in new home sales. She founded Melissa Greeson Real Estate in 2012 as a full-service boutique real estate brokerage firm. She represents both sellers and buyers and is currently marketing nearly 20 properties.
Keller Williams Realty opened in Alamance County in 2005 and is now the largest real estate brokerage firm in the county, with 165 agents providing residential, commercial and land brokerage services. In 2015, it has been involved in one-third of county home sales. The company is expanding to Mebane because of growth there.
